Nora Burba Trulsson

Nora Burba Trulsson is a freelance writer and editor based in Scottsdale, Arizona. In the past, she has worked as an associate editor at Phoenix Magazine, as managing editor (and a member of the founding editorial staff) of Phoenix Home & Garden magazine, and as editor of Southwest Passages magazine. She is an author of a cookbook, co-author of 2 books on homes and gardens in the desert of the American Southwest, and one book on beautiful homes that also reflect an environmentally conscious lifestyle. Her freelance articles on architecture, landscape design, interiors, travel and lifestyle have appeared in Sunset, Garden Design, Arizona Highways, United Airlines Hemispheres, Landscape Architecture, Remodeling, Country Gardens, The Santa Fean, Native Peoples, The Arizona Republic and other publications. At present, Nora is the editor of Sources & Design, a quarterly trade publication for architects, interior designers, and landscape architects, and a contributing design editor for Phoenix Magazine.
