ABOUT THE ARTIST

    Dina Budginas, born in Lithuania, discovered her love for art as a child in Germany awaiting emigration to the U.S. in the early 1950's. Dina's formal art studies and nurturing came from Boston schools and teachers in Los Angeles.

    After an absence from painting while living a life of domesticity and raising four children, Dina embarked on a life of serious painting and design. She developed a clothing and jewelry line which enabled her to continue progressing in fine arts. Being mostly self-taught, Dina's greatest challenge is through self exploration. Her works have been shown in galleries in Santa Fe, New Mexico; Mendocino, California; Kailua Kona, Hawaii; Tucson, Arizona; and are part of private and corporate collections.
