Oct. 14, 2000: Tucson Heritage Experience Festival
Lithuanian Folk Dance Group "Saule" directed by Dalia Motiejunas ([email protected]) danced three folk dances, "Ausrele" ("Rising Sun"), "Karklai" ("Willows") and "Suktinis" ("Twister"), at Tucson's Heritage Experience Festival. This festival is an annual three-day affair showcasing music, dance, costumes, folk arts and food of Arizona's diverse ethnic communities.
